Navigator is our luxurious, first-floor, one-bedroom apartment, and one of seven bespoke sea-view accommodation options available at The Boat House. Based in the resort town’s North Bay, this apartment is a newly renovated, Grade II listed Georgian building in the heart of a beautiful, vibrant bay with stunning sea views.

Navigator offers luxurious and spacious accommodation with incredible views of the open sea. Enter through the grand entrance hall and feel at home in the chandelier-lit lounge with its high Georgian ceilings.

Navigator is a beautifully designed elegant space that pays homage to the magnificent sea view. A full-scale black and white wall mural of Scarborough Harbour stretches across the back wall, bringing the sea from the window view into the room, with tiny hints of colour in the buoys that the delicate pink antique escritoire brings to life. 

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities for a home-from-home experience for those who want to cook or simply relax and take in the views with a coffee. The breakfast bar with pop-up sockets offers the perfect place for a little laptop time while taking in the panoramic views.  No matter where you are in the lounge-diner, the views are breath-taking - whether seated in the bay window at the marble dining table or on the Chesterfield sofa, bar stool or antique chair. 

Navigator's  lounge-diner is furnished with marble tables, electric log burners, Chesterfield sofas, and velvet lion knocker chairs. The bedroom has a sumptuous mattress and Hungarian goose down duvets, gorgeous bed linen, fluffy towels and beautifully appointed modern ensuite bathroom with rainfall showers so you can live in high-end luxury during your stay.

We also provide toiletries and laundry materials, a hairdryer, iron and board, washing machine/dryer, as well as WiFi and central heating in lovely cast iron radiators – in fact, everything you need for a comfortable and fulfilling holiday.

Being dog-friendly means you can explore the town as well as many restaurants, pubs and cafes as Scarborough is very welcoming of dogs (and their owners).
